- Chapter 5: Financial inclusion and banking the unbanked
- Chapter 6: The BC/BF model as a driver of financial inclusion
- Chapter 7: Risk management and fraud awareness
- Chapter 8: Key government schemes — PMJDY, PMJJBY, PMSBY and APY
- Chapter 9: Core technical skills — micro-ATMs, biometric devices and connectivity basics
- Chapter 10: Digital banking products
- Chapter 11: Communication and financial counselling, including financial literacy and education
- Chapter 12: Handling different types of customers

- Step 1: Complete the training and obtain your training certificate first
- Final Exam Mode: Online, computer-based test at a designated centre
